What is your biggest fitness achievement?
I have ran up to Marathon distance but I would say it was a standard first attempt!
If you could only do one sport for the rest of your life, what would it be?
If I was as capable as I was when I was 21 then football! I would currently pick running – easily accessible, keeps me sane and healthy.

What is your next big fitness challenge?
Nothing currently set!
What is your favourite charity?
Cystic Fibrosis Trust
How would you distribute your lottery winnings?
To my friends, family and then to our favourite charities
Who do you most admire?
My little sisters!
Describe your relationship with food?
I would say this is my biggest weak link – and I am a strange guy who hates egg!
Are you in a relationship?
I am not!
What bores you?
Waiting for buses/trains.
What inspires you?
Being able to have the chance to do what others are unable to do.
What trainers do you wear?
I wear my work trainers the most – just some basic Adidas ultra-boost.

Poorly self descriptive

Wales reaching the semi-finals of the football European Championships
What was your last formal qualification?
Post graduate certificate in sport injury rehabilitation.
What has been your best overseas trip?
I had a great stag do in Krakow this year from what I can recall…
Do you own a bicycle?
I do not.
