PROBLEMS NEED IDENTIFYING AT AN EARLY AGE
The formative years create the platform for our children for the rest of their lives. A little investment today will go a long way tomorrow. Building a solid frame to leverage upon as they develop as people and aspire to be sporting greats can give them a great foundation for the future.
With our expertise and insight into the movement required for each specific physical activity, we can help achieve a better long term outlook for our young sporting community.
A Biomechanical Movement Assessment will reveal the fundamental building blocks of the body and identify potential weaknesses or imbalances. Once identified, any issues can be rectified quickly and easily to create the best possible support going forward. The results are usually surprising and the improvements enlightening.
If problems have already arisen we can of course provide the appropriate physical therapy treatment: Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation; specific conditioning and strength exercises; and in some cases, Orthotics – enabling a good recovery and the right prevention strategy going forward.
THROUGH EDUCATION, THE BIGGEST CHANGES ARE MADE
Looking to the future, it is vital that young people understand the importance of good movement for their own safety, development and enjoyment. Through our educational process we:
– address all aspects of movement within exercise and sport
– help educate children, parents, and coaches within schools and clubs
– give presentations and build bespoke programmes to help deliver best practise around their physical education
Through Education, children will perform better and have greater confidence in their own abilities.
