Our seminar programme runs on a Tuesday evening, once a month. These seminars vary from theory sessions, practical or a mixture of both! Covering a wide variety of topics from rehabilitation advice, to training tips to help with nutrition we have a host of presenters who are all experts in their fields.

The programme is free to attend and all we ask is, if once booked on to a seminar and you can’t make it, then please cancel to allow those on the waiting list a fighting chance.
