The outcome of regular exercise is hugely beneficial. It leads to weight loss, more energy and a stronger, healthier body; not to mention the social interaction and fun that comes from exercising in a small group.

Our lunchtime and evening classes offer an exciting and diverse mix of activities including:

  • Pilates –Based on the core movements of the Pilates Method this class will give you a workout improving your flexibility and strength through stretching and balancing the whole body
  • Fit for Anything – Fun but challenging circuit training based workout designed to increase your aerobic power as well as muscle tone and flexibility
  • Yoga – Hatha Yoga class using poses (asanas) and stretching in combination with breath to develop flexibility, strength and relaxation

All classes can be purchased on a month course basis only (please see fees for more information). If you are new to classes you can try a FREE class to see if you like the class before you buy the course!
You can join a month course at any point within the month and pay for the rest of the course based on how many weeks are left.
