Our lunchtime and evening classes offer an exciting and diverse mix of activities including:
- Pilates –Based on the core movements of the Pilates Method this class will give you a workout improving your flexibility and strength through stretching and balancing the whole body
- Fit for Anything – Fun but challenging circuit training based workout designed to increase your aerobic power as well as muscle tone and flexibility
- Yoga – Hatha Yoga class using poses (asanas) and stretching in combination with breath to develop flexibility, strength and relaxation

All Drummond classes will be purchased on a month course basis. If you are new to classes you may try a class for FREE to see if you like the class before you buy the course! Pricing depends on how many weeks are in each month – costs as they work out per class are as follows:
Fit for Anything = (£7.50 per class )
45 Minute Lunchtime Pilates = (£9 per class)
60 Minute Evening Pilates = (£10 per class)
60 Minute Evening Yoga = (£10 per class)
