What is Pilates?

Pilates is a system of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

Here at the Drummond we run a series of Mat Based Pilates classes in the clinic as well as 1 – 1 Clinical Pilates Sessions.
