What style of Yoga do we teach?
Here at the Drummond Clinic we practice Hatha Yoga, an system which includes the practice of physical Asana (postures) helping bring peace to the mind and body and preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. This practice allows you to develop your strength, flexibility and relaxation for every day life.
