Biomechanical Movement Assessment
Our Biomechanical Movement Assessment gives us the understand to what makes you tick. If we have this knowledge, we then have the ability to offer you a route to prevention, recovery, or enhanced performance.
Our Biomechanical (or Full Gait) Movement Assessment is the key to understanding how you move. Without this information we are left guessing.
By taking video of how you move, recording the pressures of your footstrike, watching how you squat or lunge and examining your overall flexibility and mobility we leave nothing to guesswork. The results of which are of paramount importance as they formulate the foundations of a plan for change.
Who might benefit from a Biomechanical Movement Assessment?
- Runners / Triathletes / Cyclists
- Office workers
From your head right down to your toes, this assessment – highlights poor posture and mobility – evaluates gait to prescribe the correct footwear or orthotics – analyses movement in sport to improve form and performance.
