Our Biomechanical (or Full Gait) Movement Assessment is the key to understanding how you move. Without this information we are left guessing.
By taking video of how you move, recording the pressures of your footstrike, watching how you squat or lunge and examining your overall flexibility and mobility we leave nothing to guesswork. The results of which are of paramount importance as they formulate the foundations of a plan for change.
